Traditional romanian motive inspired illustration!

I've been studying romanian traditional motives for some time and just woke up one night with an original  motive idea!! I made a quick sketch and then for a while I was so eager to make it on something!! this blouse/dress is just perfect for it!

So my project for today was a special birthday card, custom made. :)

I stuck the characters a  little higher from the background so it has some special effect on it
